Brief
Develop and produce the first podcast for AARP using existing content that brings their brand voice to the audio landscape and engages a slightly younger audience.
Execution
I leveraged existing AARP articles to develop and produce Today’s Tips from AARP: a bi-weekly scripted podcast that highlights ways people 40-plus can work to improve their health, money and happiness.

Each episode shares three tips in a consistent and conversational structure that’s easy to listen to and fits into a busy day.
RESULTS
Today’s Tips from AARP ranks in the top 1 percent of all podcasts. Since launching in May of 2023, we have produced 80 episodes, and our audience continues to grow. Today’s Tips helps AARP engage with a slightly younger audience (17 percent of all listeners are between the ages of 35 and 44) and to cross-promote some of the most popular content at aarp.org. The show’s rankings in the “How to” and “Education” categories have continued to climb on the Apple podcast charts.
